Inventory Control – Your team completes our monthly cycle count program requests on time and with 99.9% accuracy. 

Website – Your website allows us to view our inventory and orders along with history real time which is really above and beyond what I have seen from other companies.  Easy to use and best of all easy to understand.

As I will be beginning my retirement on January 1, I wanted to extend my appreciation for DSL’s excellent performance on behalf of Stant in Canada.

I was not only impressed with DSL’s logistical services, but also your keen understanding of the Canadian market dynamics and your strong working relationships with the Canadian customers.  I felt DSL was a true partner in our efforts to build Stant’s Canadian business. I enjoyed working with your team and was pleased with your approach to offer a customized logistics program that best suited our needs.   

I appreciate that DSL offers a variety of programs, including traditional 3PL and a unique CAP (“Canada Access Plan”) service. Stant chose the CAP service because we found it provided the “look and feel” of our U.S.A. business being localized in Canada without having the capital outlay or the annual tax and legal reporting requirements. Most importantly, it builds brand loyalty and customer appreciation for ease of doing business, a win/win for customers and suppliers!
